You look for professional J2EE developers to hire but they are too expensive for your business. Offshore development is not always a good way for doing business because of some companies with a lack of experience or the freelancers that mostly develop bad final products late. Organization
Our team is an association of J2EE developers with solid experience. Its title is Miolins, however, we may change the title and get registered as your branch in Ukraine to work for your business only.
Reports
We provide you with the reports that state our progress. Such reports might be prepared by each employee and/or there can be one summary report. The reporting timespan is set by the business partner.
Copyright
All intellectual property and copyrights of the code and inventions belong to the business partner (“the owner”). Any reuse of the code can be done only on behalf and from the permission of the original owner. We sign an NDA (“Non-Disclosure Agreement”) for each project.
Communication
We use e-mail and popular instant messaging applications (such as ICQ, MSN, Yahoo!, Skype, etc.) for communications with the business partner. Please note that English is our second language. We may hire an interpreter to support the desired communication level with the customer and/or our business partner.
The Team
Our team consists of only highly qualified IT engineers that have years of experience behind them. One of us is a sun certified java developer. You may get acquainted with their resumes to know the details better.
Technology
We develop most of our projects using Java. That covers Java Enterprise Edition (JSP, Servlets, Portlets, Spring, Weblogic). You will find the detailed list of the technologies used at our Skills page. We will hire the corresponding specialists if the listed technologies are not going to suffice.
The pay-roll
We get our payment for the completed tasks only. No advances are needed. However, it would be nice to have one payroll a month instead.

If you are interested in the long term partnership with us but you are having some concerns, you may supply us with a task that would normally take up to 1 or 2 weeks to solve and make the final decision upon the completion of that task. If for some reason you will not be satisfied with our solution for that project, we will keep the source code and you are free of charge. It is absolutely free to try it for your business.
